Yosemite - Half Dome Hike

More Pictures of Lee's hike. They were being stalked by a bear, who lost in the end. It got a little too close so the Rangers had to take action and it wasn't in the bear's favor. What a stupid bear!

Bear that followed them for about a quarter mile and then ran up a tree.
Lee at the base of the cables preparing to summit. The trail of ants over his left shoulder are the people summiting on the cables.
This is the view from on top looking down into the Yosemite valley and El Capitan. The meadow in the middle is where the hike began at 5:00 a.m. in the dark. 17.5 miles round trip and over 4,000 feet of elevation from floor to peak.
